During these days, we are still commemorating the events of Christmas, through which we have more than ever expressed our mutual love. We are reminded by gifts under the tree from our loved ones, acquaintances and friends. All this has its source in the immense love of our Heavenly Father, who has given us the greatest gift – his Son. But have we experienced his true presence?
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Evangelist Matthew writes about the coming of the Magi to the royal court. Why did the king and the whole city upset?
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The problem was the question the Sages asked: Where is the newborn Jewish king? We saw his star in the east and we came to bow to him. Jesus was born in Bethlehem, but no one saw it. Neither the Jerusalem, nor the ruler, nor the Jewish priests, nor the Bethlehem people themselves.
