Testimony

We cannot imagine our lives, among other things, without testimony. Everyday life leads us to situations where we have to express ourselves about something or someone, make it better, be careful. However, we know that the testimony of everything and everyone is not the same. It has its criteria.

One of the most serious is the life of the testimony. Luke says in the Gospel: “The prophetess Anna, the daughter of Fanuel of the tribe of Asher, also lived at that time. She was old. From her virginity, she lived with her husband for seven years, then as a widow until the age of 84. She did not leave the temple, serving fasting and prayer day and night. At that very moment, she also came and glorified God and spoke of him to all who awaited the redemption of Jerusalem ”(Lk 2: 36-39). Before our eyes are the second witness Anna to testify that Jesus is the expected Redeemer, her testimony is not valued by her old age, the state that she was a widow, on the contrary. Her life is full of values before God and before the nation that knew her from her work in the temple. As we read this carefully, we certainly ask ourselves the question: What were the words of her prophecy? We know the prophetic words of Simeon. Why don’t we know her prophecy? Does that fact lead us to the idea that the Anne report had a different role in this event? Luke certainly wants to point to the pattern of the Christian widow. We know that the chosen nation, for the most part, did not accept Jesus as the Messiah. Especially not learned and leaders, Pharisees, and scribes. However, Jesus was accepted by toll booths, sinners, simple people, and especially women. Anna’s position in Israel was not enviable. A woman without a man, a descendant, and yet she gave her life value, a meaning, which we see from the words: “She did not leave the temple, she served God by fasting and prayer day and night” (2,37). He does not pray for himself, but for his nation, for his salvation, for the early coming of the Redeemer.

It has happened to me several times that I have heard the teasing remark that our faith is the faith of women and older adults. This is not entirely true. I see young people in the church; I also see men. Why no more, it’s a matter for another debate. However, it wants to tell us that such a state must not lead us to carelessness, to inferiority. Those who penetrate this issue and understand it correctly will not be surprised by these other words. One day we will know the value of the old and the sick’s prayers, which many despise. We will know what value they had before God, from what they saved us, how many graces and blessings they asked of us. Often the grandmother, the grandfather, whom we underestimated, did not have a kind word for them, a smile that shook hands and for whom we had only a word of irony “go pray, go to church,” begged us for the necessary graces.

Let us not look at old age and disease as a burden on society, the family. On the contrary, many believers often realize it in old age that they must thank God for everything he neglected at a young age when he was healthy or lazy … We often see tears in older adults’ eyes. These are not only tears of body pain but also soul pain. They mourn their sins properly. They realize what sin is, what an insult to God. They committed it so often; maybe they didn’t even regret it, they didn’t apologize … Grandchildren, pay attention to grandparents! They often pray for you too. Yes, they want to give you something valuable and beautiful. However, you do not accept them. You can’t appreciate their love. Old and sick brothers and sisters should read this gospel more to realize that old age is not just a hunt to leave their children and grandchildren as much as possible. Sad is the grandmother’s sight, the grandfather, who throws her wife after the mammon, who still distances their children from God when they cannot appreciate their efforts. Old and sick brothers and sisters, enjoy your old age, peace, and relaxation! Relax, use the time to apologize, thank, and glorify the Lord God! Your time is more fulfilling than young people. You will stand before God, before whom you will bear witness of your life. What will be the testimony when there is no God, when indifference wins, disinterest in God?

To those of you who come to the temple regularly in time and time, who offer such great sacrifices, I would like to thank you for your example, for the strength of your testimony, and your relationship to our faith, to Jesus. I want to wish you many more strengths, graces, and especially what you desire the most, namely a peaceful departure before Jesus Christ, the Judge of the living and the dead.

Yes, the Church cannot imagine her work without the testimony of young people, but also of you – those who were born earlier. Let us realize that the Church needs testimony from you, men, fathers, brothers, dear young friends. This is a serious challenge for us at the end of this year.

Simeon’s prophecy

Simeon’s prophecy
It would be tough to imagine a group of people after committing an inherited sin without laws, orders, and regulations that help control life’s deeds. They become a guide, guide, help. Laws must not harm. Although they often carry sanctions, punishments, we see them as useful to society.

The Church also has its rules, laws, and teachings, which do not detract from our freedom of choice. Every person who uses reason and free will must be aware of the reward or punishment for his life. This gospel also tells us about the commandment of the law of Moses on the day of purification, which reads: “All the male race that opens the womb of the mother shall be consecrated to the Lord” and to sacrifice, as the Lord’s law preaches, 23).

The law of Moses is also known to Mary and Joseph, who are married before the world. They know of the Law that God gave to Moses that “what shall be the firstborn among your beasts, and what shall be of the male sex, all shall be the Lord’s business.” The law continues: And it shall come to pass, when thy son shall ask thee, saying, What meant thou? “Now, therefore, I sacrifice to the Lord all things that open the womb if they are male, and I redeem every one my firstborn son” (Ex 13: 12-14). This is to be a sign that the Lord has brought the nation out of Egypt. In the Book of Leviticus, Moses also determines the time of purification, which was on the fortieth day after the boy’s birth and the eighty days after the birth of the girl. And by this provision, the law reminded the Jews of the general prevalence of sin to arouse a desire for mental purification.

Mary was conceived without sin, became a mother in a supernatural and holy way, so she was not sinful accordingly, so she was not subject to the purification rite. Nevertheless, out of humility and obedience to the sacred Law, she obeys this provision to offend anyone. She goes to the temple on the fortieth day after giving birth to undergo the ceremony and sacrifice her Son to God. We see that the poverty of the Holy Family is also manifested in the sacrifice of purification. The rich were to sacrifice a lamb. The poorer families were allowed relief and were to sacrifice two doves or two doves. In Jerusalem lived a man named Simeon, a righteous and religious man, awaiting Israel’s comfort, and the Holy Spirit was upon him. The Holy Spirit revealed to him that he would not die until he saw the Lord’s Messiah. Led by the Holy Spirit, he entered the temple. And when the parents brought the baby Jesus to fulfill the Law, he took him in his arms and glorified God with the words, “Now, Lord, you will release your servant in peace according to your word, for my eyes have seen your salvation, which you have prepared before all nations. to enlighten the Gentiles, and the glory of Israel thy people ”(Lk 2: 29-32). We see that Joseph is referred to as the “father” of Jesus, when in fact he is only an educator. Simeon’s words speak of the future persecution of this “child.” When they persecute the Son, his mother will also suffer. There will be a sorting of spirits in Israel and all humanity. People will be divided: some will follow Jesus, others will oppose him, the truth, to their detriment and destruction. Jesus himself later confirmed Simeon’s words during his performance: “I came to set a son against his father, a daughter against a mother …” (Mt 10:35). Jesus will also say of himself: “I brought no peace, but a sword” (Mt 10:34). Nowadays, every cultural person can know the law of Jesus. None of us can pretend not to know him. We also know that ignorance does not justify it.

Today’s saint – Thomas Becket and martyrs under King Henry II – can also be an encouragement to us. Tomas is his best friend. They make him an office and oppress the Church together. After the death of the old Bishop of Canterbury, although Thomas defends himself, the king appoints him bishop. Tomas will change. It is the Holy Spirit’s power, which he received during his ordination to the priesthood and episcopal. Friends became enemies, but only from the king’s side. Thomas defends the Church with his own life. He was once against, he was zealous for the king, but after his ordination, he was zealous only for God’s honor and glory. He was forced to flee to England. As a monk, he lives in France. However, his place is at home, in England. Here he also dies on the steps of the altar under the swords of knights. The king recovered and repented.

The lesson for us: Always remain faithful to God’s law, even when we have to sacrifice or die.

4th degree of sleep sleepMM17

In this sleep, the subconscious self is not familiar with the self of the upper consciousness. This is especially surprising for those who did not believe in eternity at all, refused to obey an order to look into their upper subconscious’s activities. This subconscious self was horrified when they realized the deeds imposed in the Esplanas and completely refused to report to them, seeing mental misery, the sins of defiling their souls. The same thing happened when he realized the evil deeds that had passed into the soul of consciousness. We must not understand that there are two souls in our bodies. The soul in consciousness perceives and manifests through-through our senses. If we put a person to 4 degrees of sleep, we will bring them out of the natural state. In this state, the soul cannot manifest through the senses. It perceives directly through the fluid. In this state, he does not have the opportunity to look into the esplan. Therefore, deprived of free action does not know what took place in consciousness in the natural state of knowledge; he acts freely independently. In this state, the subconscious self awakens in its higher abilities. The subject hears, sees, perceives without through the senses. In this state, the soul manifests itself. If I want to communicate with the subject, I must awaken the speaking sense that the soul controls directly from subconscious activity. If we ask the subconscious man what the soul will answer, that it is immortal, the pure spirit professes God. This was said by people who did not believe in God in the conscious state. Many experiments prove that the soul is naturally Christian and immortal. This fourth stage of sleep is necessary for the soul to manifest in this way. Other levels of sleep are only initial and, therefore, insufficient. Conscious activity is not yet extinct. This degree of consciousness from which the true knowledge of God and sin is derived is the one in which the true knowledge of God and sin is derived; it is the one in which, in man’s full consciousness, God spoke to the man, and he could speak to God. If we want to be healthy, not with the help of black magic, worthy of the subconscious’s gift, we must approach the qualities because this mental self demands it. Only when we remove vice after vice and get closer and closer to God, do we look into the possessions and riches of all-natural beauties. Here, a person’s subconscious mind penetrates in the waking state, giving him inner peace, creative artistic power, and intuition, often illuminating entire groups of mysteries as if with lightning. The subconscious is the source of the most sublime part in man, his divine principle. The saints have almost achieved it.

Thermodynamic view of life

Famous physicist, winner of the Nobel Prize in Physics E. Schrödinger
wrote (1935) a book called What is Life? Based on that time, available information tried to apply the laws of thermodynamics on living systems, and his reflections on this topic summarize the statement: “Living the system is fed by negative entropy. ” To a layman in physics, this statement he says nothing, but it is not such a big problem to transform it into plain language. A certain level of internal organization characterizes All-natural systems. Its measure is physical, a quantity called “entropy.” The more organized the system, the more it is characterized by lower entropy. If a living organism develops from less organized to more organized, must entropy “Exhale” to the surroundings, in other words – must receive from somewhere “Negative entropy” so that its total entropy can shrink. The mechanism of these processes has long remained unknown. Another famous scientist I shed some light on this issue.

Prigogine, who won the Nobel Prize for his contribution to science. In certain circumstances, I figured out that the system may be “self-organizing,” reduce your entropy. However, since the universal law applies, according to whose entropy of a closed system can be spontaneous by processes only growing inside, the (local) decrease in entropy must be indicated to compensate by faster degeneration of the surroundings. In common parlance, we call it “devastation of the environment.” It’s the price you pay for that some systems can self-organize. What mechanisms?

A certain organization can be introduced into the system as well as outside. This commonly happens in the social systems in which the organization implements by introducing certain rules (laws) generated by the managing authorities. Analogous processes possible to be realized even in the inanimate sphere. Art paintings on Windows can create an artist, but they can also arise spontaneously if we provide suitable conditions – necessary humidity and reasonable low temperature.

The categories of direct entropy reduction in the system should also include acts of creations. Given the above facts, we can make sense
question: The result of what processes a person is. It’s clear behind that creative intervention “from the outside,” or just spontaneous development, resp. Both? There are still three competing for the answers to this question: creationists, “scientific creationists,” and evolutionists. According to the first, man is with all that is in him, a product of the “ad hoc” Creator interaction; the second group also admits a certain evolution but attributes significant changes to God’s activities. In contrast, the third group believes that everything one has at his disposal could have arisen by spontaneous evolution. The last opinion does not necessarily have to bind only to materialist-oriented thinkers.

We know the theologian, and at the same time, the paleontologist Teilhard de Chardindeclared that „everything from inanimate matter to be the human soul is subject to the evolutionary process. ” In other words, God in human creation he could entrust this task entirely to “evolutionary technologies ’. This is the view taken by Mr. Prigogine, who wrote that “We do not know an obstacle for which life could not arise spontaneous evolution from inanimate matter.” So it can also be human the soul a product of evolution? This is a grave question, and it deserves deeper analysis.

Herod’s murder.

Some people have negatively made history. Among them, whom he is looked upon after two thousand years with contempt and who had the killing of boys under the age of two in and around Bethlehem, and whose feast we celebrate today, is King Herod. God told the sages through an angel to return home in a way other than the one they had come. After the wise men left, the angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, “Arise, take the child and his mother with you, go to Egypt, and stay there until I let you know, for Herod will seek the child to seduce him” (Mt 2, 13).

Let’s explain the events around Herod. Herod did not come from a purely Jewish or royal family. The mother was buckwheat – the Arab, the father of the Antipater, was a blessed human. He was tenacious but cruel, fox-cunning, and selfish. He was loyal to the Roman ruler, who allowed him to be the house king for almost half a century over the sterilized Jews. His father introduced him to the secrets of diplomacy. Also, his brother Pharaoh. After the father’s assassination, with the Romans’ help, the brothers became tetrarchy administrators, which was the first step towards the government. In 40 BC, the birth of Christ, Emperor Octavian appointed Herod king of Judah. He came under the Romans’ power, thus fulfilling James’ prophetic prediction of the removal of Judah’s scepter (cf. Gen 49:10). Since then, the loss of the chosen nation’s national and religious freedom has become quite clear.

Herod was a gifted and calculating ruler. He tried to be faithful and grateful to the Roman ruler. He knew he could not be king without them. He had to buy power and fame dearly from the Romans. He maintained power by force and deceit. Without shells, he shed the blood of his opponents, who did not comply with him. Right at the beginning, he had 45 leading Jews murdered, for which the synagogue convicted him. The wife of Herod Miriam 1. Achieved that she named her 16-year-old brother a high priest. Because people liked him, Herod had him murdered because he suspected him of being an adult with Queen Miriam. He was very jealous of his wife, and therefore everyone who fell under the shadow of suspicion died. His sister Salome fought Miriam and falsely accused her of her husband. Herod also had his innocent wife killed. Also, her mother, that is, mother-in-law. He was afraid of the throne being taken over once by two sons from his wife, Mariana – Aristobulus and Alexander. Therefore, he gave them to Sebastra in 7 to hang before Christ as soon as they returned from Rome. He also secretly killed three hundred officers who allegedly conspired against him with his sons. Therefore, it is not surprising that the murder of the boys of Bethlehem was a corresponding act to Herod’s cruel nature.

Herod’s old age was terrible. We know this from the writings of Josef Flavius, who describes all this in his historical writings. Herod had internal pains, watermelon, worms in the rectum, purulent wounds all over his body, maybe cancer. He ordered his sister Salome that when he died, to have the Jewish nobles murdered so that the Jews would be forced to mourn, at least seemingly, his death. However, this murder did not take place. He died r—749 since the founding of Rome. Josef Flavius called him “big,” but how big ?! What to say at this time? By allowing such suffering on the Jewish people just before the coming of the Messiah, God wanted to point out to the Israelites the spiritual and moral qualities of the Messiah because he comes as the Prince of Peace to redeem all nations from sin and save them, not by the sword and blood of the innocent. But with love and one’s own blood. Let us realize that by doing so, Herod also indirectly contributed to the fulfillment of the messianic “fullness of time” and its important milestone in the history of the economy of salvation of humanity.

The death of innocent children in Bethlehem is still calling for life. Don’t kill our brothers and sisters who weren’t born and say the name father, mom! Realize, brothers and sisters, that an unborn child’s death is always just murder! Herod was not as bleeding as today’s hospitals. He was a soldier, a pagan, an ignoramus. Today, educated, believing, and civilized mothers beg, complain, bribe just so that the child does not interfere with their career, comfort, beauty. Modern times are getting rid of their personalities. He will not allow them to develop talent because he will kill them before they can develop. The nation kills artists, scientists, scholars, and builders before putting their hands to the work. The nation gets rid of its personality and thus prepares a coffin for itself. The nation dies in the unborn. Long live the nation that will triumph over the idea of abortion! Amen.

The Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph B Lk 2,22-4ß

Strengthen the family community.

How do we feel when we pronounce mom, father, son, daughter, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister? When we add mine, mine, we get an even clearer picture than a photograph of someone with whom we are connected not only by a bond of blood but especially by the content of the word love.
My family is not only names, people’s faces, dates, but also responsibility, worry, upbringing, but also joys and difficulties, mutual service, all in the spirit of God’s and the church’s commands.
We are not surprised that the Holy Family’s feast has a justified place in the time of the most beautiful feasts. When we meet for at least a few days and have more time for ourselves, we feel more love; we experience moments of well-being, it is also time to think about “our family.” It is not enough to say something, for example, that children are growing, that we are aging, that we have acquired something, we own it, but also that it distances us from each other, condemns us, coldly…

The Gospel reminds us of several things when Joseph and Mary sacrifice Jesus in the temple, and Simeon and Anna come to take the child in their arms and show their relationship with him.

When God decided to redeem man, He began His work from the family. He was born and raised in the family to sanctify her. The Church gives the Holy Family of Nazareth as a model and ideal of every human family. Jesus’ parents did not have it easy, as if it seemed at first glance. How many strange things have happened in their lives! The conception itself, the events just before Jesus’ birth, and the very space where Mary called the Child. The words of Simeon: “He is ordained for a fall and an uprising for many in Israel, and for a sign that they will oppose” to reveal the minds of many hearts. “(Lk 2: 34-35), And these were not all their troubles. This was followed by an escape to Egypt, a few years of the loss of Jesus in the temple. Joseph, Mary, and Jesus do the will of God.

And it is the non-fulfillment of God’s will that makes the holidays unpleasant for many, and thus the Sunday of the Holy Family. Others rejoice, rejoice, endow themselves, and they feel the opposite. They bet on the wrong card; they boarded the wrong train in life. They preferred everything, not God. They renounced God’s blessing, excluded God from life, suffered from the physical when they laughed at the spiritual, preferred comfort, travel, material things, bodily beauty to a child, even children who, although conceived out of love, did not find themselves in a cradle. And they could not say, Mother, Father, but they were found in the bins when the hands of those who were to protect their lives were forcibly taken from them.

We look forward to the holidays and come to ask our dearest ones that God may bless them, fill them with peace and love. How beautiful it is when we say to God today: Thank you for the gift of life through your parents. They may already be in God’s truth, but how happy they and we are that we live can see, feel, hear, and know the beautiful world.
Although there is talk in the world of the crisis of the family, it is right that today we ask the Holy Family for our loved ones, for their physical, spiritual and mental gifts, that we want them in this St. Masses be given when we ask them for graces, gifts of the Holy Spirit.
We thank our parents for being able to come, grow, and live in an orderly and complete family in which we have seen the example and example of Christian life. That is why we point out today that the same goal cannot be found in same-sex families that can make a person happy even before God. Today, we are pushing for the world to realize that trial marriages are not so good for the spouses themselves and not for the children of such marriages at all. We want to raise the voice that it is against nature, against human honor, against the will of God, when some want to live in a common marriage as man and man, woman and woman. Today we also pray for those who have wrong views on men’s mission, women to live together. An incomplete family cannot be ideal, not even when a woman wants a child but does not want a man. A child needs a father for a healthy physical and mental life.

We ask ourselves and every one the strength for a pure premarital, married, and widow’s life. The temptation of the body is mainly in the relaxed morale of the mass media. Today, we pray for all legislators to protect our families by law. Woe to those from whom outrage comes! Woe to those who offend even one little one! We pray for those who have fallen that they will not despair and return as a prodigal son from the parable of Jesus because a loving father awaits them. We pray for those who are wounded by sin to adopt the spirit of repentance and realize that as Jesus did not condemn a woman caught in a sin, he will not condemn them as they embark on a new path of life.

We are all one big family. It is up to us as a family to build our happiness in Christ, his teachings, peace, and love. We want to prevent the sun from happiness in our families. We realize that the Holy Family of Nazareth is not old. On the contrary, if ever her pattern and strength were current, it is today.
The words of the French writer René Bazin apply: “Ask God to dwell in the midst of us. He is the fountain, the strength, and the goal of our love. ”Is it possible to find a nicer request for our families today? Moves that we need an example? The example of the life of the Holy Family is current. The author of many well-known songs, Father Duval, writes about his profession: “I was the fifth child out of nine. In our family, we were not brought up to false piety. Every night we met to pray the rosary. I will not forget those moments until death. I have my father before my eyes. Tired of working in the field or after other work, he knelt on the floor, leaned back in his chair, and placed his face in his palms. In my eyes, my father was powerful, often unyielding, who ran the whole house, who was not afraid of the bad or the rich, and my father bowed his head before God. I thought that God must be enormous when my father kneels before him, but God must be close when my father talks to him. I didn’t see my mother on my knees. It was done, sitting on the smallest chair in her arms, and the rest of us huddled around her. Her mouth moved silently from the beginning to the end of the rosary. And I thought God was good when a mother could talk to him with a baby in her arms. So the hands and mouths of my father and mother taught me more about God than the catechism. “

We realize that being a father and a mother is not easy. It is great and difficult art. John XXIII had to say, “It is easier for a father to have five children than for five children to give a good father. And the mother is true. Childbirth doesn’t make a woman a mother yet, just as having a piano in the house doesn’t mean I’m a pianist. “
The Holy Family teaches each of us how to become a good father, mother, son, or daughter. Learning from Joseph, Mary, and Jesus to live does not mean that we are outdated, old-fashioned… On the contrary, our view of them is the best school. Just as they did God’s will, it is right that we also have the best will, the desire to fulfill everything that our dearest and our God expect from us. Yes, our place is in the school of the Holy Family of Nazareth. And it is right that we realize that we are always the son or daughter of my parents, even if I am already called my mother, father. We are brothers and sisters both in the bloodline and about Jesus. For all this, let us thanks, please, beg and worship at the manger of the Child Jesus, at his mother the Virgin Mary, and their foster parent, St. Joseph.

Feast of Saint Stephen, the first martyr

Perhaps each of us will ask or ask questions such as: why we remember during Christmas. The birth of the Lord Jesus and the very next day the death of St. Stephen diaconus, the first martyr. A certain artist said that at the beginning of his artistic career, the teacher was praised for the art lesson. The new priest confessed that the first impulse to think about the priesthood was for him the example of an old priest who worked in his village. Most children from the seventh
wanted to become an actor after a discussion with a well-known theater artist. If we were looking for the root of our profession or hobby, maybe we would similarly stop at a person from whom the “spark” of interest in something jumped at us, which we then devoted themselves with complete seriousness. Thus, every human-to-human encounter is very inspiring, and I dare say that it is also part of God’s plan.
KE
Jesus prepared all of us, including his contemporaries, today and those who believe in him until the end of time to testify about his relationship with him. He warned, “Protect people because you they will be issued by a court … “He predicted:” A brother will deliver a brother to death, and a father a child … “He adds:” All they will hate you for my name’s sake ”(Mathew 10, 17.21.22).
DI
On the second day of Christmas, the Church invites a meeting with the first martyr of the Church of St. Stephen. The feast of St. Stephen was indeed celebrated from the beginning. After his death, he became a Christian on this day; they commemorated the fidelity of St. Stephen to Jesus. The Feast of the Nativity of the Lord Jesus begins the Church celebrates in granting freedom. The birth of the Lord Jesus and the death of St. Stefan belongs to us to me. The Church is very wise when, after the proclamation of the “great joy,” the birth of ours, the Savior draws our attention to the martyrdom of a young deacon. The words of the Lord Jesus the testimony of him began to be fulfilled quickly. The deeds of the apostles represent St. Stephen as “a man full of faith and the Holy Spirit” (Acts 6: 5), a man who “is full of grace and strength, he did great wonders and signs among the people ”(Acts 6: 8). He belonged to the first generation of those who believed in Jesus Christ in Jerusalem. Christ’s death, resurrection, and sending of the Holy Spirit happened for many a change of life. In addition to the apostles, he participated in the proclamation and teaching of Jesus
and deacon Stephen. He proclaimed Christ by word, but especially by life. Of course, Stephen’s actions hindered many. It had time to come quickly to get those they had a share of the death of Jesus; they also took care to remove the unpleasant believer of Christ, Stephen. Pharisees and scribes they mailed them. At that time, “some so-called synagogues of the Libertines, the Cyrenians, rose and the Alexandrian’s, and those of Cilicia and Asia, and quarreling with Stephen. But they weren’t able to face the wisdom and the Spirit which he spoke ”(Acts 6: 9). These certainly did not know the words
the predictions of the Lord Jesus which he gave to all who will have to suffer for him: “But when will give, and don’t care how and what you say, for at that hour you will be given what you have to say ”(Mathew 10:19). Therefore, when Stefan spoke, he explained, gave evidence, taught them, then full of anger, ignorance, “their hearts were broken with anger, and their teeth were gnashed against him” (Acts 6:10). My
blindness, stupidity, could not destroy what Jesus sowed. And Stephen knew the words of the Lord Jesus: “But he who endures to the end will be saved ”(Mathew 17:22).
A PAIR
Memories of St. Stephen tell us that the secret of Christmas can be brought to life; it is possible to live according to our Savior’s teachings, that this beautifully shapes human life. Today’s feast of St. Stefan can become an inspiration for our lives. It’s up to us or not we are ready for the “skipping of the spark” that ignites something new in human life.
The priest remembers the experience when he prayed in Stropkov in the monastery of the fathers Redemptorists at the tomb of Blessed P. Methods Dominik Trčka, Redemptorist, priest, and the martyr. At that time, an older woman with a small boy, probably a grandson, entered the temple. They sat down on the last bench. After a short prayer, the woman began to say something to the boy and alternately pointed to the icon and the reliquary with the remains of St. Method. The priest notes: as I walked past them, I heard only one sentence: “He loved Jesus very much …” Whole This simple scene reminded me of talking like the first Christians in the Romans they met at the catacombs at martyrs’ graves. How inspiring it would have to be for each one of them. How inspiring it must have been for the little boy
in the Stropkov church. Today’s holiday is a challenge for us to be open to me for inspiration, which is based on the life of St. Stefan, and I wish we could lead to a similar inspiration meeting even those around us. During Christmas, we go to church more often than we should; they opened themselves to God, received His words, inspired, and adjusted their future actions accordingly, life. Otherwise, we and those around us may be inspired by something else that will affect our
lives completely differently from meeting those who have lived their lives to the fullest in God. St. Stephan was like any of us. However, he was open to God. He worked with what he heard; he took from others about Jesus. And he himself developed this heritage in prayer. Christmas has been an important spiritual significance. Let a certain tradition, symbolism, awaken us to evaluate what we believed in; they have lived so far and have clarified things or specified in the future.

For example, the symbolic meaning of the Star of Bethlehem can also be enriched. When we plant it in its original framework, the star we observe over the manger also speaks to the spirit and heart of a third-millennium man. He speaks to the secularized man by arousing in him the desire of his life as a pilgrim on the path of seeking the truth and absolute. Who wouldn’t long for a “star” to guide him on his travels in this land? This need is felt by individuals as well as by entire nations. Jesus is this Star, and so on represents nations regardless of race or culture. Thus was born the Church, which is composed of men and women who, united in Christ, are led by the Holy Spirit on their pilgrimage to the Kingdom of the Father. We have received the message of salvation, which is presented to all people. This is the basis
of the missionary vocation of every Christian. Man cannot know for himself what God really is. That’s why he has a lot of misconceptions that people need to have explained. When God makes himself known to us if St. Stephan, we are obliged to help others know God, even if it will probably cost us our lives. Perhaps no word was abused as the word God. The US dollar says: “Let’s trust God.” On the belt of the German soldiers was the inscription: “God is with us.” Which word was as dirty as the word God? People killed him but also died for him.
People created ugly cartoons and wrote “God” under them. They murder and say, “In my name, there are people, some of whom seem to profess God as if they were with him. Hotline. Although St. We represent Joseph, I point out incorrectly, as an older man, we must not portray God as an older man with a beard, though a lovely one as a throne above the clouds. Not even for it is not above the clouds, but everywhere, if we want more precisely, and we are in the grace of God, so is it in our heart. Even though Christmas is short, we need to realize that God is not bound to space and time. Those who say that God must always listen to them as soon as they are the wrong turn to him with a request. God is not some coin-operated machine. God has a right also say “no.” God is not even a policeman to punish us right away for every little thing. Fight, however, is fair. God is not responsible for people’s mistakes. Everyone has a reason and is free
will. Ecology is also a human work. Weather changes and other things that bring disasters are not just punishment from God, but the effect we humans have caused in nature. We must not seek God in the forces of nature, but behind them as their last cause.

The girl lost a boy she loved in a car accident. She asked her uncle if God was interested in her love. Her uncle told her that God had other worries than worries about their love. Girl, she responded by saying, “When God is not interested in me, I am not interested in him either.”
We know that this view is wrong. God is inside every human being. We live in god we move, and we are. God is the deepest motive for our questions and through faith to us reveals us as a brother, friend, Father, our strength, Love. “God is Love” (1 Johan 4: 8).

The Feast of St. Stefan is in place during Christmas. Faith is not just something emotional, sweet, light, without obligations, children … Faith requires appropriate age, mission, position to take a responsible approach. Christmas is a time for us to learn, to have the right idea of God, goals, the meaning of life …
ADE
Christmas and in them the Birth of the Lord and the death of St. They represent Stephan right and right, the reality of life on earth, which does not end with death but continues in eternal life. It is right that today not only at the manger but as the Church teaches at St. Stefan’s intercession, and should beg for the necessary graces.

The Nativity of the Lord

He was born for us
The coming of the Son of God into this world is a great gift for a man. If you realize this gift’s value, one’s heart is filled with joy and can repay by self-giving for God and others.
AI
Christmas. For many people, this is when children are divided into the world behind work or school; they return to their parent nest, fathers coming from work to see their wives and children, it’s time to meet the whole family. For many of us, Christmas is a time of gifts and heartfelt wishes. It is a time when people show love for each other to a greater extent than ever before and understanding, are attentive, and self-sacrificing. Before Christmas and during them, many foundations raise money for the sick, the non-governmental, for children from children’s homes to make their hard lives easier during these extraordinary days. Is on instead of asking yourself the question: Why do they actually do it? Why are you on Christmas? Do people show love and forbearance more than ever?
We were expecting Christmas in four weeks and were preparing for
the coming of the Son of God. Four Advent Sundays and four candles on an Advent wreath pointed to the imminent coming of the feast of the Nativity of the Lord. For us, Christians are the second-largest holiday of the church year. It’s time you are reminded of the great love which a merciful God bestowed on an unworthy man.

Today, for the Feast of the Nativity of the Lord, we commemorate the coming of the Son of God to this world. “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. And we are they saw his glory, the glory as of the only-begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth ”(Johan 1:14). Today, for the Feast of the Nativity of the Lord, we commemorate the coming of The Son of God to this world.

Although little Jesus is a great gift for all sinful people, no one can know and accept this great gift of God. Not even in the time of the Lord, Jesus was no different. The Simple and poor parents of St. Joseph and the Virgin Mary must travel, like other people of the house of David, from Nazareth to Bethlehem on a census ordered by Emperor Augustus. Even after this strenuous road that measures up to 100 km, they could not rest in a decent place. They had to tighten to a barn nearby of Bethlehem, and just in such heavy little Jesus, the Son of God, the Savior, was born under conditions. Politicians will spend Lots of effort and money on your propaganda to become for others attractive, well-known, and popular. Little Jesus came to this world in silence, in poverty, humility, and humiliation. He had no great propaganda. They could; we say that during coming to this world, he was unknown and unattractive.
A PAIR:

It is in our nature that we feel towards the person who gave us gifts
some thanks. We want to repay you. Gifts eventually lose their luster, splendor and later spoil. But despite this imperfection, we can appreciate these gifts because they come from people we love, to whom we have a closer relationship. That’s why the price of these gifts is so great for us. God deserves more thanks for his gift. God the Father gave it to man the most precious and perfect he had, his only-begotten Son, and he does not cease to give us many other gifts every day. It is important to have a feeling for God’s gifts. In every day we spend, we find at least one expression of God’s love towards us. God is our Father, who constantly gives us gifts. You need to one have an open heart.
The Lord Jesus also assures us of the generosity of His Father: “If ye then, though evil, now giving good gifts to their children; as soon as your Father in heaven is giving, good things to those who ask him ”(Mathew 7:11). God deserves our thanks and even does to her right. It is appropriate to ask: In what way am I imperfect? Can I show my gratitude to my God and Creator? He gives us that also the answer of the only-begotten Son of God: “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God, with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind and yours the neighbor as himself ”(Mathew 22: 37-39).
When a person can realize the many gifts he receives from God and his surroundings, he cannot remain ungrateful. We want to “give” God, and thus to thank him. The sacrament can also be thanks to Reconciliation made a few days ago and trying as long as possible to stay sanctifying grace and communion with God. It can also be honest and regular prayer, acts of physical and mental mercy, and openness to others’ needs. Each of us lives in a specific context of life, and the way we manifest this Thanksgiving can be different. No need to go far for great deeds. Let’s look around and observe the needs of our surroundings. It is important to realize the value of people living near us. If a person does not realize the size of the gift he has received, he is not capable of it. Thank you. One must first realize the gift’s value, and only then will his heart filled with a sense of gratitude. As the Son of God is a gift to us, can we be a gift to others? He is a great example of this. When we understand this God’s great love for us, our hearts will be filled with joy, not only from the received gifts but to a greater extent from the possibility of giving, comfort others.

The importance of understanding the meaning of Christmas and giving can help us understand one story about what the Chinese experienced in the big city. He wanted to study Christian culture. He flew out of the realm of silence and landed in a European one big city. He changed into the hotel and went out into the street. She was very busy. People harassed packages hurried to their goal. “What’s going on here”? The Chinese porter asked. “It seems it is far from me that you are far from knowing that it is Christmas today, “the porter replied. “Christmas? What is it”? “Well, gift holidays,” the constable replied. “And why are they given gifts ”? The Chinese ask. The policeman shrugged, and also several listeners standing farther, listening to their conversation. For this stranger to surviving the real Christmas mood and know the cause, he would have to go to Christian families. There is an old Christian custom there the children pray before Christmas Eve and thank Jesus. They thank him for that he came into this world, that he gave them good parents, that he took care of them all year round, and nothing bad happened to them. Thanksgiving is not just about symbolism in this speech. When a man can sincerely thank you for everything, his heart is filled with joy and is ready to present his surroundings every day.

Christmas and the birth of the Son of God associated with them are an opportunity for each of us to think about the value of a gift in our lives, whatever it may be any whether it is a gift of life, parents, friends, or faith. The birth of a small Jesus is an example of the way of giving. Don’t think of your own comfort and benefits, but every day try to be a gift to others and what they are a gift to us, to show due gratitude and love. Jesus is God, but also great helpers on our way of life. We ask him for the strength to follow him in giving and showing gratitude.

Is predestination possible?

There are ideologies in which absolute predestination is recognized, which means that everything that is to happen is already decided in advance. Suppose that is the case, and let us ask whether we can find the key that will allow us to uncover this secret and thus learn in detail about everything that our universe, and we await in it in the future. As for the information obtained from the Book of Revelation, it is clear that just as one will never know when and how one’s journey of life will end, similarly one will never know when and how the universe will end. It is written, “You do not know the day or the hour.”

And how is science doing? Based on what we have analyzed several times so far, we must also answer the possibility of knowing predestination in the negative. The development of systems, both inanimate and animate, is a unity of determinism and chance. The deterministic side of processes allows us to meditate (even in the future). However, the random factor (fluctuation), which plays a decisive role in creating a new quality in a critical situation, goes beyond deterministic processing and falls into the realm of probability. This, in principle, prevents us from knowing in detail all the processes that will take place in the future. In this sense, our universe is “open,” which we have repeatedly pointed out.

Also, there is another serious objection. Matter gradually gets into new and new states with development, for which new laws also apply. We will gradually discover them, and only after their discovery and knowledge will we predict further developments. This brings us to a difficult situation: for scientific forecasting, we would also need to know the laws that will only appear with the evolution of matter.

We see that when exploring the future, we encounter fundamentally greater problems than when exploring the past. Some serious Christian scientists’ reflections even go so far as to deny even God himself the ability to predict the future. They argue that by creating a world such as we are witnessing, God has voluntarily renounced this possibility, thereby actually limiting His omnipotence. This problem clearly arises when we assume that there are no “hidden parameters” that should determine what is happening in the microworld. We have already written about this and possible counter-arguments, so we will not deal with it anymore. We just wanted to document that wanting to know in detail the future is not to give the Earth, but it seems, maybe even heaven.

Sign

To draw attention to the coming of Jesus and our lives as a sign of His coming.

It was night. Little Francois held on to his old friend’s coat with all his might Jacques. The third day he had eaten for the last and third year since his ruthless soldiers executed both parents. He has been left alone ever since. He lived on the streets of Paris. The only certainty was his dirt, hunger, and getting colder. A flash flashed across the dark sky, a second, a third, and then another and others. A deafening volley of works scared everyone around. “Has the war started …?!” Fear and horror passed on people’s faces as quickly as they came. Someone shouted, “The emperor has a son! Long live
Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte! The emperor has a son … “
The salvos sounded most of the night. There were 101 of them! This is how a man, the emperor, decided Napoleon Bonaparte celebrate the birth of his firstborn … 101 cannonballs were to sign that someone important was born, someone who can do a lot …

“What will this boy be like?” And indeed, the Lord’s hand was with him … (Luke 1,66). These words no longer belong to anyone from the imperial court. They were uttered over someone much easier, above John the Baptist. I mean, just over a little boy then John.
Evangelist Luke in the Gospel leaves a detailed picture of how he was born into the world prophet. In the biblical language, the phrase “the hand of the Lord” means as much as great miracles, strength, and power. In the Old Testament, God gave His people a rule of recognition to prophets. If what he predicted came true, a man was considered a prophet. The prophet was allowed to act in public and to proclaim only what the Lord had told him. And the truth of his deeds
and the words of the Lord he proved by the miracles he did through the prophet. In John’s case, wonders they began to do so even before his birth. We all know his story well.

John, the father of John, was Zechariah, the priest of Israel. When he had made a very great sacrifice in the Temple, he had a vision of an angel. He told him that his wife Elizabeth conceives a son to be named John despite his advanced age. Zechariah questioned this.
Then came the first sign that he was speechless and had yet to speak after the circumcision of his son. While for nine months, he remained silent, remained silent, and thought about what had happened and what was to happen. He had to expect in the disease a great testimony of the Lord. Anna really conceived and gave birth to a son.
People have probably got used to Zacharias’ silence. That’s why they wanted to name the boy according to tradition after the father or other significant relative. My mother was talking about it to decide. It was a centuries-old custom. And when Anna wanted to break it, her relatives were against it.

Then it was time to show whether Zechariah’s nine-month silence made sense. And a little while, Zechariah already understood that it was God’s will for his son to be called John. John means “Yahweh is merciful.” And John himself was to become a sign for coming.
The Merciful Lord. John precedes Jesus prepares the way for him. It is essential. That is why we are commemorating his birth today by reading the day and night before the holiday, the birth of the most important child in history.

Few people know about Bonaparte’s son’s birth today, even though he accompanied his thunder of hundreds of cannon wounds. But we commemorate the birth of Jesus and John the Baptist even after more than two thousand years. John was born to alert us to the coming of the Messiah – the Incarnate God.  “Yahweh is merciful” precedes Jesus, whose name means “Yahweh is salvation.” Thus, God’s mercy prepares the way for God’s salvation. It is a great and at a first silent sign that will grow into years and centuries, the greatest sign of human history. John, who will proclaim repentance and conversion in heart to receive God’s mercy and thus achieve God’s salvation. We read about all this today. Scripture still presented us with something current for our life. If we want to achieve God’s salvation – Jesus, we must first internally to turn and taste God’s mercy. Already tomorrow, at such a time, we will sit at the festive Christmas Eve table. We will meet here again for a few hours and celebrate the birth of the Son of God, who will come to die for us later, to rise from the dead and give us eternal life.

Jesus was born in the silence and poverty of the night. It was the best start for him. Let us, therefore, prepare for tomorrow’s feast of the heart today to welcome him in silence our deepest self. Let’s quench the disputes, create a beautiful atmosphere at Christmas and let’s be Jesus a worthy sign, a sign of God’s mercy and joyful anticipation
the coming of the Lord as John.
