How the Vatican-China treary was a betrayel of Catholics in China?

The CCP uses this covenant to justify its actions, the destruction of Catholic churches, the arrest of priests, etc. Cardinal Zeno warned the Vatican not to sign this treaty because doing so would cause disaster, and the Communists would use it to confirm their immoral actions.

And he was right – there are indeed countless human rights crimes, with ten human rights organizations already fighting against human rights violations and religious freedom.
