Funeral sermon

Dear grieving family, esteemed mourning assembly.

In a moment, we will walk between  the graves, carry with  your  mother to the  designated place. We will go  around the  graves and  read different names  and dates. The date marked with an asterisk indicates the  time  of birth, the  cross indicates a painful  departure. The distance between the asterisk and  the  cross on the monument  is only  a few centimeters in life, it was 86  years. All human life  is interwoven with  flowers  of joy but  also  with thistles  of  pain the  effort  of  disease and  suffering. It all began with crying  at birth  and  ending   with crying  at death. So a wise man asks himself what  is human  life, why was I born and why  do I have  to  die once? Biblical  Job called life a fight and many  see  the  meaning  of  life in  the  struggle for  a better  tomorrow. Poets like to call human  life a big  theater  play as  there are  many  actors in the  theater, and  they have  different  roles when they  give  only  a few  sentences  on stage. So in life there  are  some  statesmen, scientists, generals they  have  big tasks and then there are  people who  have  medium or small tasks.but  they all  complement each  other still go  on stage and  others  leave  the stage  of life. Others call life  a transformation because  something  is constantly  changing. Man changes because  he  grows, ages, the  world  changes. For  others life is  a  secret. We don’t know why  a person  was born, the less  we  know  why a  person dies. This plenty  of  questions  about  the  meaning  of human  life leads us  to  statement that  life is  search. Who seeks will find, but what will find? A satisfactory  answer, or  another  unease. A great philosopher and  simultaneously a holy man Augustine who also searched until  he  found  it  expressed  in words.  You have  created us  for God  our heart  is dissatisfied  until the  Lord  rest in you. In God man  finds  peace because  in God,  he  finds  the  answer  to  his  questions. God  created me and  created  me  for  himself. The  knowledge  that  I belong to  God  will always  calm  me  down  in joy at  work,  especially    in  pain and  suffering. Most  importantly, though,  I will find   myself  in the  book of  life  after  death.  All who have lived with God will be in glory  with  God.  Your  mother,  who  we are  accompanying   on the  last  journey   of  life  today   certainly  be   in  the  book of  life. Her  whole  life  is marked  by   faith god deeds, love. We who accompany  her  should  think about  our  lives,  our  deeds. For this,  way  awaits  us, and  our souls  will  go  to  the  judgment of  God. In  which  book we  will  be  written? We  should  think  about  this and  this and  ask  for  the grace  of  good  life,  good death  and  happy  death.
